  3. Cut the round.

    Press the outer ring straight down into the dough.

  4. Add the design.

    Place a stamp inside the ring, press evenly, and carefully lift both pieces.

  5. Choose your finish.

    Leave the center intact, or prepare an opened top and a solid base for a filled cookie.

  6. Bake without the molds.

  7. Clean and store.
